Meet Namita – Kids Fun Yoga Guide!

The Easter Eggstravaganza for Kids workshop will be led by Namita, an experienced teacher at Homevilla Yoga Studio. She has been practicing yoga for more than a decade and imparting her knowledge and experience to children and teenagers. As a yoga teacher for children, she introduces them to the dynamic aspect of yoga. Namita is passionate about creating a fun and engaging environment for children to explore yoga. Her classes are known for being playful and informative, making yoga accessible and enjoyable for all ages. She is known to integrate teaching and stories showing importance of moral values like honesty, cleanliness, non-violence, etc.

As Easter brings joy and renewal, what better way to celebrate with your little ones than by introducing them to the fun and enriching world of Yoga?

Workshop Q&A – Get Ready for the Eggstravaganza!

This workshop is designed for children aged 5-12 years.

The workshop will be a playful introduction to Iyengar yoga. Through games, activities, and yoga poses, children will learn basic yoga principles while celebrating Easter. There will also be Easter egg hunting and treats included!

Please dress your child in comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement (think activewear or PJs!). A water bottle is also recommended.

The poses will be age-appropriate and designed to be fun and achievable for all skill levels. The focus will be on basic stretches, balance exercises, and simple relaxation techniques.

Absolutely! The workshop will conclude with a special Easter treat for all participants.
