David Meloni studied yoga under the guidance of Guruji B.K.S Iyengar who later bestowed David with the “Advanced Junior Level II” Certificate in 2013. Most recently, in January 2018, he was awarded the maximum level certificate by Geetaji. “Advanced Senior Level II” in the Iyengar yoga system. He is the first Iyengar Yoga Teacher in the world to have obtained this level. In his workshops David tries to simplify advanced poses of yoga through prop variations to make it accessible to everyone! These workshops focus on specific topics, prop variations and therapeutic sequences.

“Freedom from Back, Shoulder & Neck pain” led by renowned Iyengar Yoga teacher David Meloni is yoga workshop which focuses on alleviating pain and discomfort in your back, shoulders, and neck. In this workshop David takes us through a series of targeted yoga poses and techniques that help treat these pains. David teaches how to use props to breakdown advanced asanas while gaining their full benefits.
