Bad posture, whether standing or sitting, is a big factor, especially when sitting the wrong way. Age is also a factor, as the discs in the spine can dry out and shrink, causing discomfort in the neck. Our workshop aims to help you understand these causes better, giving insights into why neck pain happens and how you can deal with it. 

Absolutely. Yoga can be a helpful way to alleviate cervical pain. Incorporating gentle and targeted yoga poses into your routine can improve posture, enhance flexibility, and release tension in the neck and shoulders.
