Vaishali has been practising Iyengar yoga for more than 20 years. As a yoga instructor, she has a more hands-on with her students and encourages them to use props while doing asanas for safe and effective practice. She motivates her students of all age groups to achieve their mental & physical strength goals. She likes to teach Asanas, inversions, restorative & Pranayama exercise.
