When I first joined HomeVilla Yoga, I was suffering from Sciatica and the pain was unbearable. One of the trainers noticed this and gave me a pair of stretching exercises and to my surprise, I was cured within 3 sessions. I was suffering from sciatica pain for the past few years & after discussing with doctors, we decided to opt for an operation. But someone suggested me Homevilla yoga studio at Gokuldas Tejpal Hall & after meeting Inaben Dani and joining her therapy classes, I got very good results & I have not experienced any pain for quite sometime now. I had a wonderful experience & I would recommend going to this therapy classes for people suffering with the same problem or any other problem.
